Our story
At World Class Tae Kwon Do we truly believe that our instructors make the difference. Each staff member is dedicated to the success of every one of our students, helping them become more fit, focused and confident. We specialize in creating meaningful, lasting relationships with all of our students while constantly striving to be the best role models we can be.
Owners Master TJ Eskew and Master Dennis Polanski both studied Tae Kwon Do directly under Grandmaster Sun Ki Chong, former U.S. National Team Head Coach and founder of the World Class Tae Kwon Do Association, one of the top martial arts organizations in the country, with five locations in Buffalo, New York and additional schools across the United States.
With Grandmaster Chong's support and over 15 years of teaching experience each, Master Polanski and Master Eskew brought their knowledge and enthusiasm for Tae Kwon Do to Chicagoland and have been serving the Naperville and Aurora community since 2018.
Our philosophy
Martial arts is about self-improvement as well as self-defense, and that shows in how we teach. In addition to the technical side of Tae Kwon Do, character development and leadership are essential to truly understanding the art. So our training also focuses on skills valuable in daily life: cooperation, respect, self-control and confidence. We help students of all levels gain increased focus, confidence and determination they can apply to every area of life.

Our instructors
Master Eskew, Master Polanski ("Master P" to the kids) and our team of black belt instructors, including Miss Gates, are on the mat for every class. Parents mention them by name in their reviews for a reason: they are enthusiastic, great with both kids and adults, and the encouragement and attention they give is second to none.
Areas we serve
Our school is at 627 Illinois Rte 59, Aurora, IL 60504, on Route 59 at the Naperville border. Families train with us from Naperville, Aurora, Bolingbrook, Oswego, Plainfield, Warrenville, Montgomery, North Aurora and across the Fox Valley.
